Human Resources Solutions Manager - Retail Industry
Job Summary:
A leading company in the retail industry is seeking a Human Resources Solutions Manager. This position focuses on improving employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will work closely with the HRBP Director in Singapore to drive organizational development and strategic HR initiatives across the APAC region. This role offers regional experience and growth opportunities through direct involvement in business operations and influencing strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR managers to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
- Handle complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with HR legislation
- Coach managers on team performance and employee relations
- Implement talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development
- Work with HR business partners and centers of excellence to deliver HR solutions
- Utilize HR data to aid decision-making and program development
- Support employee career development and processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and issues
- Identify training needs and work with centers of excellence to develop programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience as an HR or HR Business Partner in an international company
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage sensitive HR issues while maintaining confidentiality
- Skills to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong team player focused on continuous improvement
