Legal Manager (Consulting / IT / AI) 法務マネージャー

I am seeking a Legal Manager for a global consulting firm. This role involves managing legal affairs related to consulting and IT, with a focus on AI and technology. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of technology and legal development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client contracts, including shaping, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating in both Japanese and English.
• Support compliance across multiple areas including (but not limited to) personal information protection & intellectual property.
• Analyze and mitigate legal risks in collaboration with business and management teams.
• Provide legal support for client service delivery disputes and contractual issues.
• Create and implement training programs on contract-related matters for business departments.
• Develop guidelines, tools, templates, and training materials for knowledge management.
• Work as part of the global legal team, offering legal support locally and internationally.

Qualifications:

• Legal background related to IT, software, outsourcing, and similar fields.
• Experience or interest in IT and consulting (especially in AI, cloud technology, or IoT).
• Experience working in large multinational corporations is preferred.
• Experience in team management (preferred).
• A legal qualification, domestic or international, is necessary.
