- マネージャーと連携してトレーニングニーズを特定し、解決策を開発

- サービスの質と効率を向上させるためのトレーニングセッションの主導

- トレーニングプログラムの成果を評価し、必要に応じて改善

- ホスピタリティ業界のトレンドやベストプラクティスを常に把握

応募資格:

- ホスピタリティ業界での学習・開発職での3年以上の経験

- 効果的なトレーニングプログラムの設計・実施能力の実績

- 多様なチームと関わるための優れたコミュニケーションスキル

- スピード感のある環境での業務遂行能力

- 英語に堪能であること、日本語のスキルは尚可
