Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion company, is seeking an Events Specialist to join their team in Tokyo. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the full event lifecycle for in-store activations, providing a platform for career growth within the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full event lifecycle for in-store activations
- Coordinate internal teams for smooth event implementation
- Manage on-site event operations and customer flow
- Source and manage external vendors for events
- Track budgets and process invoices for events
- Collect and report on event performance metrics
- Develop event concepts aligned with luxury brand standards
- Prepare detailed event plans and timelines

- 店舗内プロモーションの全ライフサイクルを管理
- イベントの円滑な実施のために社内チームを調整
- 現場での運営と顧客の流れを管理
- 外部ベンダーの調達と管理
- 予算の追跡と請求書の処理
- パフォーマンス指標の収集と報告
- ブランド標準に沿ったイベントコンセプトの開発
- 詳細な計画とタイムラインの作成

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in event management (luxury/fashion preferred)
- Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed
- Experience with event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with luxury brand standards and customer expectations

- イベント管理の経験が3年以上（ラグジュアリー/ファッション業界が望ましい）
- 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル
- 複数プロジェクトの同時管理経験
- 夜間や週末勤務、出張に対応できる意欲
- イベントプランニングソフトウェアの経験（例: Cvent, Eventbrite）があれば尚良し
- ブランド基準と顧客期待に精通
