Jr. Sales and Marketing

Japan's top tier PTS firm is currently looking for a junior sales and marketing candidate to join their Tokyo office in Roppongi.

This will be a new head count for the sales team as there are significant increase in clients and demand.

The firm is the oldest and largest PTS by trading volume in Japan. They are also the primary provider of IT services to Japanese online trading brokerages and mid-tier brokerages.

They provide clients with financial solutions in an ever-evolving market by utilizing and developing cutting-edge advancements in financial technologies such as SOR, professional data center management, low-latency co-location services and one of the world's fastest matching engines.

As a junior sales and marketing staff, you will first start off by assisting reporting manager's in ongoing discussions with stakeholders and regulators on market structure reform related topics. You will also prepare presentations and pitch products to both existing and new clients, and also manage/maintain relations.

The expected base salary will be 7m-9m JPY.
However, they would be able to consider higher based on your current salary and expertise.

Qualification

-At least Near-Native Japanese conversation. (MUST NEED to perform sales activities in Japanese)

-Business English (Very global atmosphere as 80% of workers come from outside of Japan.

-2,3 years experience in sales/marketing within the financial services industry, or sales/trade support experience.

Preferred

-Expertise of electronic trading AND/OR Japan Equities AND/OR JGB's
