Responsibilities of the role

  • Ensuring the functionality and reliability of the CRMsystem for JPAC area
  • Designing and developing customizationsand integrations
  • Fulfilling service requests, supporting operational activities, collaborating with stakeholders, managing service provider performance, implementing Agile practices, and simplifying the landscape.

Requirement of the role

  • 7+ years of experience in digital applications
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors
  • Must have experience managing CRM platforms
  • Experience implementing Agile principles
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards
