Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Global Consumer Goods
Our client are a global consumer goods / retail company, recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Japan.
You'll report directly to the Global Head of HR. This is a strategically important role, and a great chance to fast-track your career development.
Responsibilities:
- - Lead Japan HR Department.
 - - Develop HR policies and programs (including talent management, employee relations, pay, and payroll).
 - - Provide expert advice and training to managers, HR teams, and employees to increase individual contributions.
 - - Review and oversee performance management processes.
 - - Work with Talent Management to implement changes and team-building efforts.
 - - Ensure legal compliance related to managing employees, & reduce legal risks.
 - - Provide store teams with effective solutions to increase skills and performance.
 
Qualifications
- - 5+ years of HR experience
 - - Experience as HRBP (preferred)
 - - Management skills
 - - Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry (preferred)
 - - Ability to develop HR policies & lead implementation / change management.
 - - Proficiency in HRIS and related software
