A top financial institution in Japan are looking for a Senior Leader of their HRIS Group
Responsibilities:
- Organizing issues, planning, proposing, building, and executing plans to resolve HR-related issues
- Promoting human resource management utilizing the company's HR systems
- Thinking strategically and promoting initiatives with an eye on the future of the organization
- Enhancing human resource management and realizing group management by utilizing the HR system
- Enhancing HR-related information and improving HR operations through DX
- Supporting HR system integration projects of group companies in Japan
- Project management of functional enhancement of various HR systems with a focus on SuccessFactors and Company systems
- Operation and maintenance of HR systems and improvement of business processes using HR systems
- Team building/team management including vendors, etc.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR system operation/consulting; SuccessFactors, Workday
- Knowledge and experience with case management tools and BI/MI tools
- Knowledge and experience with HR operations (offshore centers/outsourcing)
- Experience with large projects related to system implementation
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience in managing an organization
- Strong English, team management, and communication skills.
Must have permission to work in Japan
