HRIS Senior Lead at Top Financial Services Firm

A top financial institution in Japan are looking for a Senior Leader of their HRIS Group

Responsibilities:

• Organizing issues, planning, proposing, building, and executing plans to resolve HR-related issues
• Promoting human resource management utilizing the company's HR systems
• Thinking strategically and promoting initiatives with an eye on the future of the organization
• Enhancing human resource management and realizing group management by utilizing the HR system
• Enhancing HR-related information and improving HR operations through DX
• Supporting HR system integration projects of group companies in Japan
• Project management of functional enhancement of various HR systems with a focus on SuccessFactors and Company systems
• Operation and maintenance of HR systems and improvement of business processes using HR systems
• Team building/team management including vendors, etc.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in HR system operation/consulting; SuccessFactors, Workday
2. Knowledge and experience with case management tools and BI/MI tools
3. Knowledge and experience with HR operations (offshore centers/outsourcing)
4. Experience with large projects related to system implementation
5. Experience working in a global company
6. Experience in managing an organization
7. Strong English, team management, and communication skills.

Must have permission to work in Japan
