HRIS Project Manager


We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager for a top IT company in Tokyo, known for its leading HR technology solutions. This role offers the chance to work with teams in the US and Asia, driving important HRIS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global HRIS projects, focusing on both Japan-specific and international tasks.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, defining scopes, setting milestones, and establishing timelines.
• Work with internal teams and business partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify risks early and develop effective strategies to handle them.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
• Ensure adherence to global design standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end HRIS or IT system implementation projects, preferably in a global or regional capacity
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with hands-on experience in project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business leaders
• Business-level English required; Japanese language proficiency is a plus
