HRBP - World Leading Innovative firm

Specialized Group is working with a famous innovative multi-industry firm that is looking to strengthen its strategic HR Team.

This position will focus on developing the training system, Talent Management initiatives, headcount planning, review of HR policies, performance management - and will act as a HR Advisor and business partner to the leadership team.

The firm is highly diverse with 40% of staff being female, and over 20% from overseas.
This role has been created due to expansion of business, and will work with global counterparts across Asia, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities:

• HR advisory to head of leading business unit
• Development of internal training
• Organizational Development and Diagnosis
• Succession planning
• Talent management / performance management
• HR Planning and review of current HR policies
• Engagement of both staff and management

Requirements:

• Fluent level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 8+ years HR experience, including HRBP experience.
• Experience in a high-speed environment
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and strong EQ
