Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide HR support across multiple sites or countries

- - Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources
Qualifications:
- - 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing
- - Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- - Experience in employee and labor relations
- - Ability to manage HR projects with manageable risks
- - Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not mandatory
- - Strong communication skills for various organizational levels
