The HR Business Partner Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources. This role involves executing HR strategy, managing employee relations, and contributing to business growth and culture.

• 人事プロセスのビジネスユニットへの導入。
• 難解な従業員関係問題の解決。
• 人事管理におけるパフォーマンス改善の推進。
• 主要人材と職位に対する後継者計画の策定。
• 組織構造改善のための提案。

応募要件

• 人事ビジネスパートナーとしての3年以上の実務経験。
• チームワークとコミュニケーション能力。
• チェンジマネジメントの経験。
• 業界に関するビジネス感覚。
• 分析力と問題解決能力。
• 労働法についての知識。
• 給与計算、報酬・福利厚生、学習・開発の経験が望ましい。
