Key Responsibilities:
  • - Lead end-to-end corporate recruitment processes
  • - Collaborate with business leaders on talent acquisition strategies
  • - Act as a trusted advisor for organizational development
  • - Drive innovative sourcing initiatives
  • - Ensure compliance with hiring protocols and manage visa processes
  • - Support cross-functional HR projects and recruitment technology
  • - Manage headcount planning aligned with workforce strategy
  • - Deliver quarterly talent updates and communications
  • - Lead onboarding experience and internal branding initiatives

Qualifications:
  • - 8+ years of HR experience in corporate environment
  • - BS or BA in HRM, Business or relevant field
  • - Experience in HRIS management, knowledge of Workday is a plus
  • - Skilled in negotiation and management of strategic vendor relationships
  • - Excellent stakeholder management skills, consultative approach
  • - Good command of spoken and written English & other Asian Languages
  • - Experience with talent acquisition strategies
  • - Ability to work in Japan
  • - Experience in organizational development and performance management
  • - Experience in employee engagement initiatives
  • - Experience in managing visa sponsorship and relocation processes
