Our client are a leader in the manufacturing industry recruiting a HR Business Partner. This position is suitable for those who want to develop their leadership and organizational change management abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Drive change management initiatives.
• Lead and participate in local and global HR projects.
• Develop and implement plans to improve HR operations.
• Design, revise, and implement HR policies and evaluation systems.
• Oversee HR operations including compensation, performance evaluations, payroll, labor management, and HRIS.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR operations, strategic management, and employee relations.
• Experience in a technical / manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to influence and drive organizational change.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
