Our client are a global FMCG company active in food/beverages, seeking a HR Manager.

You'll take ownership of a wide range of HR functions, including including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and general HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic HR initiatives.
• Refine and improve HR processes.
• Manage the recruitment process from job description to onboarding.
• Address HR queries related to compensation, employee relations, and performance.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives.
• Support DEI efforts.
• Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally.
• Manage compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in an HR role (generalist experience preferred).
• Japanese fluency.
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Project management skills.
