- Lead the rollout and stabilization of new payroll systems for accurate and timely compensation.
- Manage and improve attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee and maintain the HR database, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for decision-making.
- Work with various HR teams and external experts to provide smooth HR services.
- Lead efforts to improve HR operations, driving policy implementation and execution.
- Serve as the main contact for labor-related questions and HR policy updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in payroll and labor management.
- Expertise in HRIS applications and a solid understanding of payroll systems.
- Fluent in Japanese (native) and English.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
