HRIS Senior Specialist – Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead digital projects in the HR department.
- Manage the move to a new HCM system and ensure effective practices after the transition.
- Work with global teams, vendors, and HR Business Partners for smooth system integration.
- Handle projects related to design, testing, and change management.
- Plan and carry out improvements after the system transition.
- Implement digital HR solutions to solve management issues, including People Analytics.

Qualifications:

- Experience with HR information systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Fluent in Japanese with strong English skills.
