Key Responsibilities:

- - Manage and improve attendance systems to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with labor laws.
- - Oversee and maintain the HR database, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for decision-making.
- - Work with various HR teams and external experts to provide smooth HR services.

Qualifications and Experience:
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- - Over 5 years of experience in payroll and labor management.
- - Expertise in HRIS applications and a solid understanding of payroll systems.
- - Fluent in Japanese (native) and English.
- - Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
