Our client, a global software firm in the B2C industry, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Japan branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leadership on HR strategies and business decisions
- HR戦略とビジネス意思決定に関してリーダーシップに助言する
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- 組織の目標に一致したHR戦略を開発する
- Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives
- タレントマネジメントおよび後継者計画のイニシアティブをリードする
- Implement employee engagement and feedback programs
- 従業員エンゲージメントとフィードバックプログラムを実施する
- Oversee strategic HR projects across client groups
- クライアントグループ全体での戦略的HRプロジェクトを監督する
- Provide coaching to enhance leadership capabilities
- リーダーシップ能力を向上させるためのコーチングを提供する
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
- 労働法およびHRのベストプラクティスに準拠していることを確認する
- Facilitate change management for business transformation
- ビジネス変革のためのチェンジマネジメントを促進する

Qualifications:
資格:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR、ビジネス管理、または関連分野の学士号
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HRBP or similar strategic HR role
- HRBPまたは同様の戦略的HR役割での最低5年の経験
- Fluent in English and Japanese and/or other Asian languages preferred
- 英語と日本語に堪能であること。他のアジア言語もできれば尚可
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- 労働法とHRのベストプラクティスに関する強い知識
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel regionally when required

- Experience with HR software like Workday or SAP is preferred but not mandatory
- WorkdayまたはSAPのようなHRソフトウェアの使用経験があれば尚可だが必須ではない
- Experience in change management and organizational development

- Strong leadership coaching and influencing capabilities
- 強いリーダーシップのコーチングと影響力を持つこと
