Key Responsibilities:
- Implement global HR strategies in Japan
- Develop and propose local HR initiatives and training
- Manage overseas HR operations and expatriate processes
- Prepare quarterly labor cost budgets and conduct workforce analysis
- Coordinate talent management and engagement strategies
- Support department HR management and initiative implementation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of labor management experience (mandatory)
- Experience in HR system and training program development
- Business-level English proficiency (mandatory)
- Experience in global HR operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent Japanese language skills (mandatory)
- Experience with talent management and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with HR budgeting and workforce planning
