Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee information and HR data
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews
- Assist with benefits administration and HRIS operations
- Manage attendance and payroll data
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Experience in HR administrative tasks
- Experience with remote work tools is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws is preferred but not mandatory
