Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic HR Director to lead and manage the Human Resources function within our organization. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance management processes, providing strategic advice on employee relations, career development, and succession planning.
