This role requires someone who can lead the retail strategy and operations, improve customer experiences, and grow the brand's presence in the area. 主な業務内容

- リテール戦略を策定し、顧客との関係強化と売上拡大を図る。
- ブランド基準に沿った店舗運営を管理する。
- リテールマネージャーを指導・支援し、パフォーマンス目標を達成し、高品質なサービスを維持する。
- 市場動向と顧客行動を分析し、成長と改善を図る。
- 各部門と協力し、製品選定を改善し、在庫を効率的に管理する。

応募資格

- ファッション業界でのリテールマネジメント経験があり、優れたリーダーシップを持つ方。
- 事業成長を推進するための戦略的思考と問題解決能力を有する方。
- ポジティブな職場環境を促進する優れたリーダーシップとチーム管理スキル。
- 顧客満足に焦点を当てたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- 英語に堪能な方。日本語スキルがあれば尚可。
