Based in Tokyo, you would be the Japan Head of Finance for one of the world's most well-respected investment firms.

This firm provides third party advice to both institutional and retail investors and are at the forefront of ESG analytical and research capabilities.

You would join an 80 person Japan based team but be part of a firm with a global presence. You would also enjoy one of the best cultures (work life balance and flexibility) in the industry.

In your role as Japan Head of Finance, you would partner with the Japan leadership for all finance related matters, while managing a small local team and taking ownership for meeting all financial and tax related reporting and filing requirements.

This is a crucial position for the business and so candidates with relevant industry experience are highly desired.

Due to local business needs and international reporting requirements, fluency in both Japanese and English is a MUST.
