• - Develop and implement compliance strategy for privacy, food safety, and EHS
• - Conduct regular risk assessments and implement countermeasures
• - Lead compliance team to foster integrity and ethics culture
• - Develop and implement annual compliance training plans
• - Conduct audits and respond to whistleblowing cases
• - Collaborate with legal and operations for consistent compliance initiatives
• - Oversee programs related to anti-corruption and AML

• - 10+ years in compliance, forensics, legal/internal audit, or risk management
• - Proven track record of leading compliance projects
• - Familiarity with Japanese regulatory requirements on privacy, EHS, and food safety
• - Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or food delivery industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with compliance frameworks and best practices
• - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
