Our client, a global leader in destination management, is seeking a Group Operations Coordinator in Kansai to oversee the operational coordination of group tours in Japan. 業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- - グループツアーのサービス管理（交通手段やガイドを含む）
- - サービス品質を監視し、会社の基準を満たす
- - クライアントやサプライヤーからの問い合わせ対応
- - クライアントの旅程の正確性を確認
- - インシデントや苦情の調査と解決
- - 主要サプライヤーとの関係構築
- - Coordinate group tour services including transport and guides
- - Monitor service quality to meet company standards
- - Manage client and supplier inquiries effectively
- - Confirm accuracy of client itineraries
- - Investigate and resolve incidents or complaints
- - Build strong relationships with key suppliers
- - Ensure seamless travel experiences for international clients
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - 日本語と英語のバイリンガル
- - インバウンド観光での1年以上の経験
- - DMCまたはツアーオペレーション経験歓迎
- - 日本の主要観光地に関する知識
- - 即時勤務開始可能
- - Bilingual in Japanese and English
- - 1+ year experience in inbound tourism
- - Experience in DMC or tour operations is preferred but not mandatory
- - Familiarity with Japan's top tourist destinations
- - Ability to start immediately
