Global Marketing Specialist - Bilingual (JPN & ENG) - IT

We are looking for a Global Marketing Specialist to lead international marketing efforts for a well-known IT company. You'll work on strategies for ad fraud prevention products, helping them grow worldwide. This role is perfect for creative minds who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and tackling global challenges.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute international marketing plans, focusing on choosing markets, positioning, and channel strategies.
  • Develop lead generation campaigns for English-speaking areas using content marketing, webinars, ads, and trade shows.
  • Write and edit English content for websites, landing pages, and white papers.
  • Use CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and nurture leads.
  • Work with sales teams to support their efforts and help close deals.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local partners.
  • Track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Business-level English proficiency and conversational Japanese skills.
  • Over three years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, especially in SaaS.
  • Experience with web marketing tools like GA4 and HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication skills for teamwork.
  • Experience in marketing to international audiences.
  • Understanding of ad technology and ad fraud prevention.
  • Background in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of other languages besides Japanese and English.
  • Self-starter who can develop and execute strategy based on hypotheses.
  • Technology-focused, data-driven, with strong analytical abilities.
