Customer Success / Renewal IT Sales Associate Manager

Location: Hybrid | Language Requirements: Japanese & English

My client, a leading global IT SaaS company, is seeking a bilingual Sales professional fluent in Japanese and English to join their growing Customer Success team. This is a farmer-style sales role focused on client retention, renewals, onboarding, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering proactive and responsive support.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by understanding client needs and aligning them with additional solutions.
  • Support client onboarding and adoption of products to ensure they gain maximum value.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address client issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and project management tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
