General Manager, Serviced Startup Workspace (up to 13M JPY!)

Our client is seeking a General Manager for their new campus in Fukuoka. You will take full leadership, launching and growing new workspace

You'll lead operations, team management, and community engagement to support the development of the local startup ecosystem. You'll also have opportunities for business travel.

主な業務内容:

• 運営管理、スペース管理、ベンダー関係構築およびチーム調整を含む日常業務の全般を管理します。
• スタートアップ、投資家、イノベーターを対象とした戦略を策定し、コミュニティを構築します。
• チームメンバーの採用、教育、リーダーシップを提供し、チームの士気と発展に貢献します。
• コミュニティとの連携強化及びパートナーシップを通じて、ブランド認知度とネットワークの拡大を図ります。

応募資格:

• 関連分野での実務経験7年以上
• 特にイノベーションまたはスタートアップセクターでの管理経験があれば尚可。
• 財務管理およびビジネス成長戦略に関する深い理解。
• MBA取得者は尚可。
