Our client are a hotel located in central Tokyo, seeking a Front Desk Agent.

Junior candidates are welcome to apply; you'll ensure efficient guest service operations and maintain a high satisfaction level among guest, while being prepared & trained for more senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in, and assist guests.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the reception desk
• Manage room allocations and guest services.
• Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant reception or customer service role.
• Experience in hotel / hospitality / restaurant (preferred).
• Intermediate level of Japanese required
• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
