業務内容:
- FP&Aマネージャーと連携し、商業チームに財務サポートを提供
- 正確な予測と意思決定のための販売・業務計画(S&OP)プロセスを主導
- Hyperionなどのシステムを用いて、収益予測と予算管理を実施
- 月次予測や戦略的意思決定に向けた財務分析と報告を実施
- 新製品発売やビジネスケースの開発で、マーケティングチームと協力
- 収益、販売、マーケティング支出を追跡し、財務目標を達成
- 長期計画のための財務洞察とモデルを提供
- 年間事業計画や主要顧客との交渉を支援
応募資格:
- FP&A業務での5年以上の経験と財務の確かなバックグラウンド
- ビジネスパートナーシップ構築と財務洞察の提供実績
- Excel、Tableau、COGNOSにおけるデータ分析と問題解決の専門スキル
- 医療機器またはFMCG業界での経験があれば尚可
- 日本語と英語に堪能
- 学士号必須; MBAおよびUS CPA/JICPA資格があれば尚可
