主な業務内容:
- 年間および四半期ごとのCAPEXおよびOPEX予算の計画と管理をリードし、財務方針に沿ったシナリオ予測とKPIの差異分析を行います。
- 四半期ごとのREプロセスの管理: データ収集、報告、戦略的予測を含みます。
- IT支出の管理: コストポリシーを改善し、ITおよびビジネスチームと協力してコストを最適化します。
- HR、法務、調達部門への財務アドバイザーとしての役割を果たし、予算計画とコンプライアンスをサポートします。
- ITプロジェクトに関する財務指導を提供し、ビジネス目標を達成し、予算の透明性を保ちます。
理想的な候補者のプロフィール:
- 商学、経済学、コンピュータサイエンス、情報システム、または関連分野での学士号以上を有すること。
- FP&Aまたは管理会計の分野で5年以上の経験を持つこと。監査やコンサルティング会社やBig 4での会計アドバイザリー経験があれば尚可。
- 強い分析力と問題解決能力を有すること。IT/ERP/SAPの経験およびFMCGまたは製造業での経験があれば尚可。
- 日本語が流暢であり、英語においても堪能で、両言語で効果的にコミュニケーションが取れること。
