Our client in the medical device sector is looking for an FP&A Specialist to join their finance team in Japan. In this role, you'll focus on financial planning and analysis to support business growth with strategic insights and data-driven decisions. 主な業務内容
- - 財務分析と報告を行い、予算編成、予測、戦略的計画を担当します。
- - マーケティングおよび営業チームと連携し、収益と利益の向上を目指します。
- - 正確な予測と意思決定を支援するため、S&OPプロセスを主導します。
- - 新製品の発売や収益計画において、強力なビジネスケースを作成し、財務的な洞察を提供します。
- - 経営陣の戦略的意思決定を支えるため、定期的な財務分析を実施します。
- - 様々な事業部門と協力し、課題を特定し効果的な解決策を提案します。
応募資格
- - FP&A職における5年以上の経験、財務分野での合計7年以上の経験が必要です。多国籍企業や医療機器、FMCG業界での経験があれば尚可。
- - 優れた分析力を持ち、Excel、PowerPoint、Tableau、COGNOSなどのデータツールに精通している方。Oracle Essbaseの知識があれば尚可。
- - 学士号が必須です。MBAまたはCPAがあれば尚可。
- - 日本語と英語が堪能であること。
- - 強力な問題解決能力、成長志向、そしてチーム横断的に効果的な関係を築く能力をお持ちの方。
