Head of Finance ファッション小売業財務責任者 | Fashion Retail (15-18m JPY, Hybrid, Health perks)

• - Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• - Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• - Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• - Design and enforce internal controls for data integrity
• - Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• - Analyze financial performance to identify trends and risks
• - Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury operations
• - Lead ERP/accounting systems implementation or enhancement

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• - Fluency in Japanese, Business-level English
• - 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management
• - 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
• - Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• - Proficiency with ERP systems SAP S4/HANA, HFM (Hyperion)
• - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• - Experience in the retail industry is preferred but not mandatory
• - CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory
