Our client, a company within a major banking group, is seeking a Business Planning & Strategy Manager to join their expanding team in the FinTech industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the FP&A manager and sales director, focusing on strategic analysis and process design to support data-driven management decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop medium- to long-term business plans with FP&A manager
- - Design sales incentives to maximize team performance
- - Lead cross-company projects to enhance organizational productivity
- - Optimize CRM processes for accurate data management
- - Monitor sales progress and recommend improvements
- - Coordinate with sales director for accurate forecasting
- - Ensure data consistency across departments using HubSpot
Qualifications:
- - 3+ years in sales, business operations, or corporate planning
- - Advanced data analysis skills using Google Spreadsheet/Excel
- - Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- - Fluent in Japanese (mandatory)
- - Experience in KPI management and business planning in SaaS
- - Strong project management skills
