Our client are a global Japanese IT / software related company, recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Responsibilities

• - Lead & manage a large team
• - Ensure effective financial operations management.
• - Oversee budgeting and performance analysis
• - Cost allocation and financial reporting for both local and global operations.
• - Collaborate with senior leaders in overseas offices.
• - Improve routine and annual operations using the PDCA cycle for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:

• - 6+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• - People management experience.
• - Experience working in IT company or with IT products.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - Nissho Bookkeeping (2nd Grade) and/or US CPA (preferred)
