Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data for cost reduction and profit increase
• Conduct market research to spot trends and financial growth opportunities
• Work with management to establish budgets and financial forecasts
• Create and present financial reports to senior leadership
• Assist in the production of financial statements adhering to accounting standards
• Develop financial models to aid valuation, planning, and forecasting

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a financial planning and analysis role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Experience with financial modeling and tools
• Understanding of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Communication ability in Japanese and English
