FP&A Analyst (8-12m JPY, Hybrid Work OK, great Work-Life Balance)

We are working with a leading company in the exhibition / conference industry. They need an FP&A Analyst for the Tokyo market.

Our client offers a flexible / hybrid work environment, very low overtime, and a great starting salary with further room for growth.

This is a great role for someone with around 3 years of experience to step into bigger responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• - Provide insights / recommendations on financial strategy.
• - Manage monthly management accounts.
• - Create performance reports & financial reports.
• - Analyze financial data; provide suggestions to improve budget management.
• - Create risk reports.

Requirements:

• - At least 3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst.
• - Proficient in accounting software like Oracle EBS and SAP.
• - CPA, CMA, or MBA (preferred, but not required).
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese
