FMCG Finance Manager

The Client:

A leading and world-famous comopany in the consumer good industry is looking to add a talented, ambitious Commercial-minded Finance Manager to its team.

Job Description:

- Oversee accounting/governance procedures are in place and operating effectively

- Assist with developing and executing strategic planning and decision-making process of the business' marketing function

- Play a leading role in the financial evaluation process

- Increase shareholder value with effective cost management and resource allocation compatable with the strategy of the company

- Support better decision-making and resource allocation through detailed financial analysis

- Lead company business plannign and monthly forecasting

- Expense management

What you'll Need:

- 5+ years of Finance experience (consumer goods experience is a plus)

- English & Japanese fluency (business-level)

- Proactive and creative approach to the role

- Excellent financial analysis capabilities

- Understanding of company planning processes, pricing strategy etc.

- An eagerness to understand the busines beyond Finance and contribute to the company-wide performance
