自動車業界のリーダー企業が、自動運転車を中心とした車両テクニシャンを募集しています。このポジションでは、自動運転車や先進的なモビリティ技術に直接携わり、エンジニアリングおよびオペレーションチームと協力する独自の機会を提供します。

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 車両の機械、電気、油圧システムの診断および修理
- 自動運転車の定期点検およびメンテナンス
- 高度な診断機器を使用した問題のトラブルシューティングおよび解決
- エンジニアリングおよびオペレーションチームと協力し、フリートの最適化
- 重要なデモンストレーション用の車両のメンテナンス
- 自動運転車のセンサーやカメラの修理
- 安全基準の遵守を徹底

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic vehicle systems
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on autonomous vehicles
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for fleet optimization
- Maintain fleet vehicles for high-profile demonstrations
- Repair autonomous vehicle sensors and cameras
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 車両・メカトロニクスまたは自動車メカトロニクスの技術研修を修了していること
- 機械的問題の診断機を使用した豊富な経験
- OEM修理マニュアルに基づく部品および車体修理の経験
- 日本の運転免許証を所持し、無事故無違反であること
- 主に日本国内での2年以上の運転経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- センサーやカメラなどの自動運転技術の経験
- 機械、電気、油圧車両システムの経験
- 週末やシフト勤務が可能であること

- Successfully completed technical training in Vehicle-Mechatronic or Automotive Mechatronics
- Strong experience using diagnostic machines for mechanical issue identification
- Familiarity with OEM repair manuals for component and bodywork repairs
- Full clean Japan driving licence
- At least 2 years' driving experience mainly in Japan
- Business-level Japanese is required
- Experience with autonomous vehicle technologies like sensors and cameras
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic vehicle systems
- Ability to work weekends and shifts as scheduled
