Our client are a global automotive supplier, recruiting a Tokyo-based financial controller. You'll have the opportunity to directly impact the Japanese financial strategy through improving processes and workflows.

Our client offers a flexible work environment, with flex-time (フレックスタイム) and remote working (テレワーク) options available.

業務内容:

• 財務政策の策定及び更新。
• 組織効率を向上させる財務プロセスの改善プロジェクトの主導。
• 予算と予測の精度向上。
• 予測と実績の財務差異の分析。
• キャッシュフロー管理を含む日常の財務業務の運営。
• 内部の財務及び会計基準の遵守。
• 金融機関との連携。

応募資格:

• 財務または会計業務における3年以上の経験。
• 自動車業界経験者優遇。
• 英語力（TOEIC 650点以上）。
• 多国籍企業での勤務経験があれば尚可。
