Finance Director in Japan (UP to 20M)

As the Site Finance Lead, the incumbent will work with the Finance team and Departments to ensure operational standards and financial controls are developed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures. Performance analysis and development of financial information across site operations as required to successfully support the company's endeavors. The incumbent will work with people at all levels of the organization to develop, report, monitor and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. The Manufacturing Division Japan Finance Director will lead the local site the Finance Team, be a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and is expected to build and develop his/her team and support the same across all functional areas of the site (Technical Operation, Quality). He/ She will have people management responsibilities and is accountable for establishing priorities and providing oversight of career development plans for direct reports. This position will also be responsible for managing the site relationships with internal stakeholders (Operation Unit leadership, various extended finance teams) and external stakeholders (auditors).
