Our client, a leader in the healthcare and FMCH industry, is seeking a Head of Credit and Collection to lead and develop their credit, collection, and cash application operations across their Share Service Center and Japan. This role offers the opportunity to shape credit policies and guidelines while managing a team and driving process improvements. The total package for this position is up to 20M.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead credit and collection team in Shared Service Center
- Assess and manage customer credit risk
- Implement and review credit policies and guidelines
- Perform collection activities and resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure accurate invoice booking and revenue recognition
- Analyze AR aging reports and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare month-end and ad-hoc revenue and AR reports
- Ensure compliance with central policies and guidelines
- Oversee credit and collection operations in Japan


Qualifications:

- Expertise in AR, credit, and collection
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Experience in people management
- Ability to evaluate financial statements and perform financial analysis
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in credit and collections management
