In this leadership role, you will manage a team of over 10 people and work on various business projects, including new ventures, mergers, and corporate investments. 主要業務内容:

- 財務チームの日常および月次の会計業務を指導、サポート。
- 他部門と連携し、プロセス改善及び財務戦略を実施。
- 新規事業、合併、投資の財務面を担当。
- システム更新や業務自動化を通じて効率向上を図る。

理想の応募者プロフィール:

- 企業内での会計経験3年以上。
- 会計原則の強い理解力を持ち、日商簿記2級以上が望ましい。
- Excel、Word、PowerPointに精通し、特にExcelのピボットテーブルやVLOOKUPに熟練した方歓迎。
- マネジメント経験及びITスキル保有者は優遇。
