A growing SaaS startup is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead its financial operations. This remote role allows you to shape the company's financial strategy during a time of fast growth and international expansion. You'll be key in driving financial success and making strategic decisions. The role offers advancement opportunities, including overseeing the corporate division and participating in international M&A activities.

職務内容

財務業務の統括（子会社を含む）
月次・四半期・年次の管理会計レポートの作成
事業計画に基づく予算策定と差異分析
投資家向けレポートの作成と金融機関との交渉
経営陣への財務インサイトと推奨事項の提供
会計プロセスの改善とチームメンバーとの協力
会計システムの管理と最適化
税理士との連携およびコンプライアンスの確保
企業成長に伴う財務・会計基盤の強化
チームの育成および将来的な拡大計画のサポート

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance and accounting
3+ years of experience in management accounting and budgeting
Proven leadership in managing teams and achieving goals
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
Experience in startup or venture environments
Expertise in financial due diligence during fundraising
Ability to prepare financial documents in English
Experience with M&A processes

ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力
公認会計士（CPA）または同等の資格

英語での財務書類の作成能力
