・Provide executive support to CEO to facilitate the day-to-day operational issues and to manage other activities.
・Welcome and support customers and business relations visits to the company.
・Maintain and coordinate business schedule and calendar with all departments to ensure optimal time management for CEO
・Office facility management:
-Liaise with building management and property owner as necessary.
-Maintain office environment to promote work productivity.
-Ensure that the office is kept neat, clean and tidy all time.
・Fire and disaster prevention:
-Ensure that all legislative administrations are completed and necessary measures are in place as regulated.
-Conduct regulatory fire drills in accordance with legal requirement/building management.
-Responsible for office purchase of pantry and stationery stock, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient.
-Maintain good relationship and negotiate with vendor.
