• 日本ECM経験の活用（特にグローバル提供経験）
• ECM取引の実行のリード
• ECM製品知識の専門知識の証明
• 文書作成、デューデリジェンス、発行者開示を含む、効果的なECM実行の確保
• 日本の規制と会社法に関する知識の適用
• 投資家との関係を築き、株式シンジケートとの緊密な連携
• 弁護士、会計士、評価士など関連当事者との強固な関係の構築
