In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing our client's complete technology strategy.

The suitable candidate will have the opportunity to play a major part in setting the company's tech direction, focusing on scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and guide the company's technology structure according to its broader business goals.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to create tech strategies and roadmaps for business growth.
• Evaluate and build technology solutions following best practices and security guidelines.
• Lead efforts to integrate various technology platforms, ensuring seamless data transfer.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve assets like cloud platforms and network systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, promoting innovation within the organization.
• Identify technology risks and create plans to protect the company from disruptions.
• Provide technical guidance to foster a culture of ongoing innovation and teamwork.
• Engage with external technology vendors and partners to source high-quality products and services.
• Monitor the effectiveness of technology deployments through KPIs and encourage continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in similar roles.
• 4 years of leadership experience in technology transformation projects.
• Japanese fluency.
• Advanced degrees like MSc/MA/MBA are an advantage.
• Certifications like TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards, especially in data security.
• Skilled in enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance.
• Expertise in designing and integrating complex enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and security protocols.
