This is a highly strategic role sitting at the intersection of AI engineering, scalable backend architecture, and customer-facing solution design. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions while driving architecture decisions from concept to production.

What We’re Looking For
  • Backend development experience (Python preferred)
  • Strong experience in real-time communication or streaming systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems design
  • Solid understanding of database design
  • Experience leading technical architecture discussions and solution delivery
  • Business-level Japanese & English
